    Shipping & Returns

    Shipping

    Processing and shipment of an order via an approved purchase account, or a credit or debit card, allows the order to be shipped as quickly as possible. Most items are processed for shipment within a 24 hour window once an order is placed.

    Continental US Shipping

    TLC Janitorial has partnered with USPS, UPS Ground, & FedEx Ground to meet our customers shipping needs. 

    Delivery Time

    Typically orders that are placed over the phone or through our website are delivered within 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

    Available Delivery Days

    Monday through Friday (except major holidays). Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

    Due to internal protocol, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

     

    Returns Policy

    We do our best to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. TLC Janitorial allows you to return merchandise up to 30 days from receipt of your products. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. If you purchased a clearance or discontinued item, we do not accept returns of those; however, if the item was defective or damaged, we will refund your purchase.  If you need to return a product either call 1(508)384-6300 or email customer service team at sales@TLCJanitorial.com. If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process.

    Is there a restocking fee?

    We do not charge a re-stocking fee on a majority of our products; however, up to a 25% restocking fee can be charged on some products.
    If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RA# is issued.

    When will my account be credited?

    Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition.

    What if the products arrive damaged?

    If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible Damage claims must be reported to TLC Janitorial within 10 days of receipt. You may either call (508)384-6300 or email customer service at sales@TLCJanitorial.com. Our service team will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.

    Cancellations

    TLC Janitorial uses one of the most efficient and prompt processing systems available for online and phone order completion. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible. You may contact our customer assistance center at (508)384-6300. Unfortunately, cancelations by e-mail will not be accepted.
